In this year of the Berlinale, this is the only new Hungarian film which is from next week will be screened in the section of Panorama.
This is the second film of Bognár. The first, entitled as Happy Life, was awarded with a special acknowledgement by the jury in the 2007s Berlinale.
This film is a trilogy, on the re-birth after human tragedies. The three episodes are on a small boy, whose mother was murdered, on a high school girl, who lost his lover, but expecting their child and on a lawyer who after loosing in an accident her daughter, adopting a new born baby.
No one is left alone. The boy meets finally his father, the young girl decides to keep her baby, and the lawyer is willing to adopt a new born baby, since she lost her daughter earlier.
The audience, although only professional film-journalists, were sobbing, and some of them were crying…
Hopelesness, sadness, fear and human struggles for surviving this is in short the atmosphere of this film.
